It’s a sad day as Mr Herbert Wigwe, the CEO of Access Bank Plc, has been reported killed in a helicopter crash in the United States of America.
However, up till the time of writing this report, no survivors have been found leading to speculation there might still be survivors though its looking quite unlikely.
According to reports, there were 6persons in the Helicopter, including Wigwe’s wife, son, a friend and Otunba Abimbola Ogunbadejo, ex-chairman of the Nigerian Exchange Group.
The crash occurred near a border city between Nevada and California on Friday night.
The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) disclosed that a helicopter crashed Friday night near Nipton, California, with six people on board.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department said in a statement that no survivor has been found as of Saturday morning.
The FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board are still investigating the cause of the crash at the time of filing this report; as well as looking for survivors.
