LSWC MD Tijani Motivates Staff Ahead of Program Launch During Preparatory Training
The Lagos State Water Corporation (LSWC), today, Saturday 8th March 2025, officially kicked off it’s Customer / Community Engagement initiative, at Park View estate in Ikoyi.
The Initiative is aimed at gathering valuable customer feedback and updating essential information within the corporationโs database.
A key objective of the program is to complete customer update forms and survey questionnaires, which will help improve services for residents in Park View Estate. The exercise is part of LSWCโs ongoing efforts to ensure efficient water delivery and more responsive customer care.
The customer engagement exercise is set to begin promptly at 8:00 am, with the aim of not only addressing immediate concerns but also fostering stronger ties between LSWC and the community.

This program, according to the Managing Director, Engr Mukhtaar Tijani, is designed to promote interaction between LSWC and its customers; and is a crucial step in ensuring better service delivery and enhancing communication with the community.
Mukhtaar stated this while addressing LSWC staff during a training which was held on Thursday, 6th March 2025, at the LSWC Headquarters, to prepare staff for the upcoming engagement activities.
As part of the engagement, uniformed LSWC staff, identifiable by their official ID cards, are stationed at the Estate Shuttle Park and will be present throughout the estate from morning till afternoon. Their goal is to address customer complaints, offer assistance, and provide clarification regarding any queries.
The engagement initiative has been structured into four distinct teams, each led by a dedicated coordinator to ensure smooth operations and effective communication with customers. Mrs. Peju Isola, the program coordinator, has designated Mr. Olumide Jacobs, Mr. Segun Caulcrick, Mr. Rasaq Anifowoshe, and Mr. Adekunle Sulaimon as the leaders of these teams. Mrs. Fapojuwo is tasked with overseeing the direction of groupings, while Mrs. Kayode Azeez will handle reporting, registration, and customer service during the event.
LSWCโs engagement efforts are aligned with the state governmentโs broader agenda under the leadership of Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, emphasizing access to potable water for all residents of Lagos State. As part of this effort, potable water supply has been restored at Park View Estate, marking a significant milestone in ensuring residents have reliable access to clean water.
This initiative underscores the Corporation’s commitment to continuous improvement in its services and its focus on delivering value to customers while actively listening to their feedback.
