The Lagos State Government, through the Ministry of Works and Infrastructure (Office of Infrastructure), is set to hold a Stakeholders’ Meeting on the proposed rehabilitation of the Eti-Osa/Lekki-Epe Expressway, covering the stretch from Admiralty Junction to Jubilee Bridge, Ajah, in Eti-Osa Local Government Area.
The meeting is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 5th November, 2025, by 12 noon, at the Lekki Conservation Toll Plaza by Chevron.
It is convened to engage residents, business owners, transport unions, traditional rulers, community leaders, and other relevant stakeholders on ensuring inclusive participation, fostering public understanding and providing information on traffic management plans for the project.
The Eti-Osa/Lekki-Epe Expressway is a critical infrastructure corridor linking major residential and commercial hubs within the State, and its rehabilitation is in line with the administration’s commitment to providing durable road networks and improving the overall quality of life of Lagosians.
The Lagos State Government, therefore, calls on all stakeholders and members of the public, particularly those residing and conducting business along the project corridor, to actively participate in ensuring the successful delivery of the infrastructure project.

In line with my research, after a foreclosures home is marketed at a bidding, it is common for any borrower to be able to still have any remaining unpaid debt on the financial loan. There are many financial institutions who aim to have all rates and liens paid back by the upcoming buyer. Nevertheless, depending on specified programs, rules, and state laws and regulations there may be quite a few loans which aren’t easily fixed through the exchange of loans. Therefore, the obligation still lies on the client that has obtained his or her property foreclosed on. Thanks for sharing your ideas on this blog.
