The senior management staff of Lagos Water Corporation (LWC) have lauded the corporation’s Managing Director, Engr. Mukhtaar Temitope Tijani (MTT), for his outstanding leadership characterized by unwavering dedication, innovative thinking, and a fervent commitment to excellence. According to the staff, his efforts have empowered employees to drive significant, transformative changes within the organization.
This commendation came during the closing session of an advanced training workshop/program titled “High-Impact Leadership Training Workshop: Building A Ready Utility Company,” which took place from October 14th to 16th, 2025. The workshop was tailored for LWC’s strategic leadership team, aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities and positioning the corporation for sustainable future growth.
In his vote of thanks, Mr. Idowu Rilwan Adenekan, Director of Inventory, articulated the collective gratitude of the executive team. He described Engr. Tijani’s contributions as a true embodiment of excellence and innovation, highlighting his steadfast commitment to elevating the corporation to new heights.
