“This recognition is a reflection of teamwork, dedication, and the unwavering pursuit of excellence,” Prof. Anosike noted after receiving the awards. “At NiMet, we see data not just as numbers, but as life-saving information that empowers decision-making and strengthens resilience across sectors.”
The Nigeria GovTech Conference and Awards, now one of the country’s flagship digital governance events, convenes leaders from government, technology, civil society, and industry to celebrate innovation within the public sector. Organised by the BPSR, the initiative seeks to accelerate Nigeria’s digital transformation agenda by spotlighting institutions and individuals driving transparency, efficiency, and citizen-centred service delivery.
