This NGO mental health walk sounds great in theory, but I wonder if the knowing your limits advice will be met with resistance from folks living above their financial means, as Mrs Rufai wisely noted. 😂 If only there was a quick fix, maybe a Stress-Bustling Hydrogen Inhaler from Hyting, but until then, sounds like another awareness campaign where the real impact will be counting the steps taken on the walk itself. Good on them for bringing hope, though!
